Chef Andres Alpe introduces North Eastern Mexican cuisine, offering a tantalizing journey to Mexico, allowing customers to savor the authentic flavors locals cherish. Every dish is crafted from scratch with genuine passion—an essence that undoubtedly translates into a delightful dining experience. Klandestina specializes in creating food that is not only enjoyable to share but also brings joy to every bite! (P.S: Don’t miss out their Kuha Ceviche Tostada – it’s absolutely fantastic!) Humus Brothers

Hummus Brothers by Tomer Hovav and Nadav David is the first restaurant in Finland dedicated to delivering an authentic hummus experience (along with other chickpea products). While Finns traditionally use hummus as a spread or dip, Hummus Brothers is pioneering its qualities as both a main course and a snack, suitable for both lunch and dinner.

Our hummus is freshly prepared in Finland, and at Hummus Brothers, our goal is to showcase the most traditional aspects of enjoying hummus, alongside other Middle East-inspired dishes. Local production and adherence to Finnish values are integral to our culinary approach.

ROSKAKALA

There are a lot of delicious Finnish fish that we Finns don’t eat often enough. One reason is the demanding amount of work that goes into preparing this type of fish. Filip Stenius and Marika Haavisto are specialists in these fish, and they know there is no reason to think less of what we call roskakala (trash fish). The Roskakala kitchen promises to make a change in our fish culture by serving the most delicious fish dishes, using Finnish “roskakala”. Also, using local fish is an ecological choice.

L’ARTISAN - LE CAFÉ

L’Artisan, founded by Marc Mulard, is set to bring the authentic French bakery experience to UG. Previously exclusive to selected restaurants and cafes in Helsinki, L’Artisan pastries will now be available at the L’Artisan Café within UG.

In essence, L’Artisan – Le Café aims to be a pâtisserie where you can indulge in delicious, freshly baked products, enjoy a croissant with coffee, or simply relax and savor high-quality French bakery items—just like in Paris.

OTORO

Welcome to the tastes of Nikkei, a unique combination of traditional Japanese dishes made with Peruvian bold flavours. Offering self imported fresh fish from the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic, and meat from small farms in Spain, emphasises OTORO’s high quality and ecological approach to cooking. Already a hit in New York’s trendy Manhattan, this special Nikkei cuisine is now offered for the first time in Finland.
